What you'll do

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• chop, slice, marinate, and portion ingredients
• maintain a clean, organized, sanitary workstation
• monitor food temperatures and storage
• receive and stock deliveries and rotate inventory using FIFO
• collaborate with kitchen staff during peak service
• follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
