The Groundsman — Tree Care & Landscaping role is onsite in the San Diego, CA area. Compensation is $19–$25 per hour. The groundsman supports tree-care crews and landscaping operations through hands-on job-site work, equipment support, cleanup, and safety practices. The role helps maintain outdoor properties and supports tree, plant, and irrigation services across varied projects.

What you'll do

• Assist arborists and climbers with tree work
• handle ropes and ground support
• move branches and debris
• operate or assist with equipment when trained and authorized
• support landscape maintenance and installation, irrigation work, and plant health care treatments under trained or licensed personnel
• clean job sites
• set up work zones
• inspect and maintain tools and equipment
• assist with emergency and storm response when needed.
