Loader Operator

The Loader Operator role is onsite in Conroe, TX. Pay is $18–$21 per hour. The position supports material movement within the manufacturing facility and yard. The operator transports raw materials, parts, and finished goods to designated areas, helping maintain safe and timely movement of materials. Equipment inspections, safe operating practices, and organized storage support production and yard operations.

What you'll do

• Load and unload materials and tools
• inspect industrial vehicles before use and report malfunctions
• operate equipment only when trained
• transport raw materials, parts, and finished goods to designated areas
• move materials manually as required
• keep yard materials and equipment organized
• follow PPE, safety, LOTO, OSHA, and company procedures
• work Monday–Saturday, 3:00 p.m.–1:30 a.m.

Why this role

At least 24 months as a certified driver of industrial vehicles and heavy equipment required. High school diploma or GED is desirable but not required. Schedule listed as Monday–Saturday, 3:00 p.m.–1:30 a.m.
