Community Manager, Mobile Home Park

What you'll do

• Show prospective residents homes and available lots and explain residency terms
• provide application and property documents
• lease spaces and collect deposits and rent
• review applications and issue required notices
• maintain resident ledgers, files, reports, and property-management records
• investigate complaints and report hazards
• coordinate repairs and bids
• inspect vacant spaces and park-owned homes
• oversee onsite staff
• review monthly financials and report budget discrepancies.
