Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Perform general maintenance and repairs in residential units and common areas
• diagnose and repair basic plumbing, electrical, lighting, switches, HVAC, and household appliance issues
• prepare units for new tenants, including painting and drywall repair
• respond to resident requests and work orders
• perform basic grounds maintenance
• participate in an after-hours on-call rotation.
