What you'll do

• Participate in interviewing and hiring
• train, mentor, and develop team members
• identify selling-skill gaps and implement development plans
• own store sales performance and review daily metrics
• follow district manager direction
• manage staffing, financial and sales reporting, cash, compliance, and store opening and closing
• model the customer greeting and sales process
• resolve customer issues and escalations
• monitor inventory and device security
• implement merchandising and planogram changes
• set and adjust sales goals and shift plans
• attend training and weekly sales leadership calls.
