What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop the sales and intake team
• conduct discovery calls and close retained matters
• own conversion metrics and team targets
• manage lead stages and follow-up in HubSpot
• run weekly pipeline reviews and report performance
• identify conversion and response gaps and implement corrective actions
• collaborate on intake improvements, pricing, and scripts
• participate in hiring, onboarding, and training
• and maintain accurate CRM records.
