• Lead parts personnel and support efficiency, product knowledge, and customer service

• control costs and inventory investment
• oversee purchasing, shipping, receiving, and inventory security
• resolve operational issues and optimize department layout
• cross-train staff
• conduct performance and wage reviews with the general manager
• and support employee development.
