The Airborne Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Network Operations Center Technician role is onsite at Scott Air Force Base, IL, supporting a 24/7 Global Network Support Center. What you'll do

• Create and update tickets
• monitor network events and element management failures around the clock
• analyze alarms and correlate fault information
• identify impacts and root causes
• coordinate fault correction
• troubleshoot and isolate failed network elements
• verify service restoration
• coordinate network and service restoration with providers
• reroute and normalize services and circuits during outages
• document reroutes in the configuration management database
• provide outage updates and situational awareness
• escalate incidents and support Tier I and Tier II operations
• assist with training network controllers.
