What you'll do

• Lead preconstruction services including sales, design, budgeting, and bidding
• review construction scope, materials, duration, and responsibilities
• contribute to value engineering and proposal alternatives
• reconcile estimates with consultants and design team members
• prepare and present conceptual estimates
• assist with business development meetings
• coordinate feedback from internal departments, owners, and architects
• review estimates and proposal submissions
• communicate contract scope to supervisors, clients, and subcontractors.
