Certified Home Health Aide

Job overview

The Certified Home Health Aide role is onsite in Marlboro Township, NJ; pay is $18–$20 per hour, depending on experience and case. Right at Home Central New Jersey provides in-home care and assistance to help seniors remain at home and age in place across Middlesex, Mercer, and Northern Monmouth Counties. The aide supports clients with daily activities and follows care instructions from doctors and nurses. The role also helps with household tasks, meals, appointments, and transportation, while reporting relevant changes in clients' health to nurses.

What you'll do

• Assist with dressing and bathing
• record and report medically necessary information
• help plan doctor appointments and other meetings and organize transportation. Other duties may include light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation and cooking, grocery shopping, reporting health status to nurses, and teaching self-care skills.
