Client System Administrator

The Client System Administrator works onsite in Fairborn, OH, supporting AFIT/LS at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. Compensation is not specified. What you'll do

• Provide client system administration as an extension of the centralized AFIT Help Desk
• install, configure, and manage end-user hardware, operating systems, and applications
• support operation, restoration, and configuration of information systems
• reset shared student computers to approved baselines
• process and document trouble tickets, analyze root causes, track issues through resolution, and escalate unresolved requests
• support laptops for travel and remote access and provide basic mobile phone and audiovisual support
• maintain IT hardware and software inventories
• provide weekday support during normal business hours.
