What you'll do

• Supervise and train the Life Enrichment Leader, Concierge, and Transportation Leader
• lead and coach the team
• engage residents in formal and informal activities
• plan and facilitate spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural, and emotional programming
• assess resident interests and update activities
• develop partnerships with local organizations and educational institutions
• publish communications about programs
• monitor participation and adjust programming
• manage department budget and expenses with the Executive Director
• oversee resident transportation and vehicle maintenance and drive residents as needed
• interview, hire, train, and manage team members
• participate in the Manager on Duty program.
