What you'll do

• Support daily studio operations
• serve as Manager on Duty and keyholder when scheduled
• open and close the studio
• maintain operational and brand standards
• support recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of Studio Leads
• coach on customer service, sales, and operations
• support team communication and performance management
• act as General Manager in their absence
• support membership, retail, and revenue goals
• monitor KPIs
• assist with scheduling, coverage, inventory, payroll reporting, and compliance
• represent the studio in the community and support events and local marketing.
