Machine Setup Technician — First Shift

• install and adjust clamping fixtures, tooling, and feed mechanisms
• fine-tune machine settings
• troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues
• perform changeovers and setup adjustments
• monitor equipment and make corrections to minimize downtime
• coordinate with production staff
• maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
