What you'll do

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff while following security procedures and site policies
• conduct regular and random foot or vehicle patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and property perimeter
• respond to incidents, resident concerns, alarms, and critical situations
• document patrols, incidents, observations, and interactions
• monitor access points and report relevant information to site management or responding personnel.
