The Retail Volunteer Coordinator role is onsite in Sacramento, CA; compensation is $18.80 per hour. The coordinator manages and grows the volunteer program at WEAVE thrift stores, ensuring volunteers are trained, supported, and aligned with store needs. The role also supports retail operations, donation processing, and customer service, helping volunteers contribute to store operations and revenue generation.

What you'll do

• Coordinate the thrift-store volunteer program and serve as the primary volunteer contact
• support orientations, scheduling, training, records, recognition, and group volunteer opportunities
• align volunteers with store priorities
• assist with cashiering, customer service, donation acceptance, processing, pricing, and sorting.
