What you'll do

• Welcome, room, and prepare patients
• facilitate TeleMed behavioral health visits
• obtain vital signs, reconcile medications, and update charts
• schedule in-person and virtual appointments
• administer injections as permitted by license or certification
• respond to patient calls and relay information to providers
• complete follow-up and engagement activities
• perform urine drug screenings and coordinate outside lab orders
• complete medication prior authorizations
• provide coverage at other locations as needed.
