The nurse oversees daily nursing activities during assigned shifts, monitors care delivery and staff performance, identifies resident-care concerns, and coordinates nursing services with other resident services to support continuity of care.

• Monitor daily nursing care and evaluate staff performance
• conduct shift staff meetings
• identify resident-care problems and implement corrective action
• report recommendations to the Director of Nursing
• coordinate nursing services with other resident services.
