Behavioral Health Program Manager in Sacramento, CA. This is an onsite position with a salary of $26 - $32 per hour. Intercare Therapy provides evidence-based behavioral therapies that help children overcome challenges related to autism spectrum disorders.

What you'll do

• Serves as the onsite case supervisor and leader.
• Develops and oversees clinical programs.
• Supervises BIs and provides education and training for client caregivers.
• Drives 30-60 miles daily.
• Supervises client sessions between 8AM-6PM on weekdays and occasionally on weekends.

Bachelor's degree

Experience

Completed Bachelor’s degree and either of the following: 12 semester units of ABA course work with one (1) year experience implementing and/or designing ABA programming OR Two (2) years of experience designing or implementing ABA programs. Strong ABA, Program Management, and clinical skills. Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
