Member Services Representative – Overnight Weekends

The Member Services Representative – Overnight Weekends role is onsite in Winterville, NC. Pay is $13.50 per hour. The representative handles member check-ins and account needs, assists prospective members with tours and sign-ups, responds to questions, and completes cleaning and closing tasks. What you'll do

• Check members into the system
• tour prospective members and assist with account sign-up
• facilitate account updates
• respond professionally to member questions and concerns and escalate as needed
• clean all facility areas
• close the shift
• prepare a bank deposit for the next day
• work third-shift overnight hours.
