The Loss Prevention Associate role is onsite in Hebron, KY. Compensation is $37,440 per year. Monoprice’s loss prevention function supports the security and safety of its distribution center, people, facilities, and merchandise. The associate helps detect, report, and resolve safety, security, and inventory-shortage concerns. Through facility monitoring, audits, incident documentation, and enforcement of company procedures, the role helps protect company assets and maintain a safe distribution center.

What you'll do

• Help protect physical, human, and merchandise assets
• enforce security and safety procedures
• monitor distribution center security policies with the Loss Prevention Supervisor and Facilities Management
• report theft or safety violations
• participate in internal theft investigations when instructed
• monitor safety policies and participate in the Distribution Center Safety Committee
• conduct loss prevention safety audits
• monitor CCTV
• check employee ID badges at entrances
• maintain records of electronic equipment issued to employees
• inspect the facility
• document accidents, injuries, losses, and near misses.
