Traveling Maintenance Technician (DFW-Based)

What you'll do

• Travel to properties across multiple regions to provide maintenance support and property stabilization
• perform unit turns, repairs, capital improvement projects, and emergency maintenance
• complete plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, appliance repair, and basic HVAC tasks
• troubleshoot issues
• support inspection preparation and project timelines
• maintain work order documentation
• use and maintain tools and materials
• follow OSHA and company safety standards
• provide service to residents and site teams.
