What you'll do

• Provide technical support on metering systems, communications technologies, and field operations
• investigate complex issues and perform root cause analysis
• deliver technical training
• develop and maintain procedures, work instructions, troubleshooting guides, and training materials
• manage support requests through the ticketing system
• evaluate products and technologies
• review electrical and mechanical drawings
• create AutoCAD drawings, schematics, and installation documentation
• analyze metering and utility data
• support AMR equipment troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
