What you'll do

• Prepare monthly grant and contract vouchers
• serve as fiscal contact for funders
• coordinate grant budgets and set them up in accounting software
• monitor budget activity
• prepare budget-versus-actual reports
• resolve accounting and reporting issues
• coordinate transaction recording and subcontractor deliverables
• monitor grant-funded program transactions
• support audits and project closeout
• reconcile balance sheet and revenue accounts.
