Contact Center Consultant

What you'll do

• Respond to member inquiries by phone, mail, email, fax, and home banking
• manage complaints and resolve problems
• explain consumer and business products and services
• process member financial transactions and maintain account files within authority
• educate members about relevant products and services and meet referral or sales goals
• protect confidential member information
• handle stop-payment requests and disputes
• support employees with online and mobile banking interfaces
• balance daily transactions
• prepare assigned reports
• attend meetings and training.
