What you'll do

• Manage high-volume recruiting across technical positions, projects, clients, and locations
• partner with hiring managers and clients to understand staffing needs and timelines
• source and engage candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and outreach
• communicate with English- and Spanish-speaking candidates
• conduct screenings, interviews, and skills assessments
• present qualified candidates and coordinate interviews
• guide candidates through application, offer, pre-employment, onboarding, and follow-up
• maintain candidate and client records in ATS and recruiting platforms
• support recruiting events and track recruiting metrics.
