What you'll do
- Clean common areas, hallways, and outdoor spaces
- clean carpets and replace light bulbs
- collect trash
- perform minor landscaping, leaf blowing, power washing, and snow removal
- maintain trash and recycling areas
- clean the community pool, pool area, grills, and other outdoor spaces
- address minor repair requests
- monitor hazards and report issues to the lead maintenance employee
- work rotating weekends.
