The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role is hybrid, combining remote work with in-person client sessions in the greater Oklahoma City, OK region. Base salary is $80,000–$95,000 per year, with additional monthly bonus opportunities. The Treetop ABA is a clinician-led team focused on high-quality, evidence-based care.

What you'll do

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and create individualized treatment plans
• deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support family home and community goals
• train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and behavior technicians
• collaborate with clinical peers
• collect and analyze progress data
• participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
