What you'll do

• Maintain grounds and property appearance
• assist with apartment make-readies and the maintenance department
• clean dumpster and pool areas
• test pool water and maintain chemical balance
• clean club facilities and common areas
• perform supplemental landscaping and irrigation tasks
• prepare vacated apartments for make-ready and re-renting.
