What you'll do

• Train and mentor technicians
• teach hand-tool use
• lead crews in site clearing and preparation
• communicate drawings and work plans
• ensure materials are available
• supervise and assist civil technicians
• monitor safety practices and lead job hazard analyses
• inspect equipment and vehicles
• and perform civil construction tasks including excavation, foundations, trenching, grading, concrete work, rebar, and backfill.
