What you'll do

• Serve as Manager-on-Duty when scheduled
• direct and support the store team
• coach team members and prioritize tasks
• assist customers and resolve concerns
• support cashiers and department associates
• open and close the store
• handle safe counts and register balancing
• maintain cleanliness, organization, stock, signage, pricing, and displays
• and report operational, safety, or maintenance concerns.
