What you'll do

• Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans for private label healthcare products.
• Lead cost modeling and profitability analysis to identify cost reduction opportunities.
• Conduct competitive bidding processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships.
• Monitor supplier performance using KPIs and SLAs.
• Manage sourcing budgets.
• Oversee product lifecycle from development to delivery.
