What you'll do

• Assist chefs with daily food preparation for catering events
• wash, chop, and prepare ingredients according to recipes and standards
• label, store, and rotate food using FIFO
• maintain quality, portioning, and presentation
• support freezer pulls and inventory management
• keep the work area clean and sanitary
• and collaborate to meet production timelines and event deadlines.
