Social Worker-Providence Home Services Oregon. Location: Newberg/Yamhill/Dundee to Grand Ronde as needed. Schedule: Full Time on Weekdays Day shift. The CSWA Social Worker, under direct and continuous supervision, provides comprehensive biopsychosocial/spiritual assessment, diagnosis and/or treatment/interventions/advocacy of patients and their support systems.
