The position supports Levelociti’s development work on multifamily and larger-scale commercial projects, including projects across Southern California. Acting as the owner’s representative, the project manager oversees construction from planning and design through handover while coordinating with architects, contractors, and engineers. The role protects the owner’s interests, tracks schedule and costs, manages project documentation, and ensures compliance with applicable requirements.

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary liaison between the owner and construction team
• oversee construction from planning and design through inspection and handover
• monitor progress, schedule, budget, and owner specifications
• coordinate plans, permits, contracts, and invoices
• resolve construction issues and disputes
• use project management tools such as Primavera P6 to track schedules, costs, and resources
• ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and safety standards.
