What you'll do

• Develop modeling and experimentation strategies for voice, language, reasoning, ordering, multilingual, and multimodal agent problems
• build offline and online evaluations
• create representative datasets
• assess models and make build, buy, route, prompt, fine-tune, or distill decisions
• improve prompting, context, memory, tool use, routing, and fallback behavior
• partner with speech and real-time engineers
• analyze failures and regressions
• ship changes with guardrails, staged rollouts, monitoring, and rollback paths.
