What you'll do

• Manage admissions from initial inquiry through resident placement, coordinate with clinical staff on patient needs and eligibility, monitor occupancy and develop strategies to meet occupancy goals, and ensure regulatory and organizational compliance. Train and support admissions staff, prepare reports and forecasts, and participate in community outreach with the marketing team. The posting requires at least two years of admissions or patient-placement experience in healthcare or long-term care
• a relevant bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
