What you'll do

• Perform repair-order work according to dealership and manufacturer procedures
• test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools and service equipment
• diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems
• communicate with service advisors, parts staff, and management about additional service needs
• estimate time for additional repairs
• complete warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications
• maintain accurate time records and certification levels.
