What you'll do

• Welcome and check in patients
• prepare and reset treatment rooms
• maintain clean, organized, stocked, and welcoming spaces
• coordinate patient comfort and safety
• room patients, record vital signs, assist with self-assessments and testing, and support treatments and procedures as appropriate
• maintain supplies
• support scheduling, care coordination, payments or copays, insurance eligibility assistance, and administrative tasks
• help patients navigate the clinic, including wheelchair assistance when needed.
