What you'll do

• Monitor inbound marketing leads and contact prospective clients promptly
• handle incoming calls empathetically
• collect and summarize lead information
• enter data into the CRM
• route calls to the appropriate firm contact
• assist clients with property damage claims and initial medical treatment
• explain contracts and intake documents
• follow up by phone, email, and text
• conduct in-person intake interviews
• assist with receptionist duties as needed.
