What you'll do

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, electrical wiring, and equipment
• inspect windows, doors, walls, and other building areas for structural or cosmetic damage and make necessary repairs
• record completed repairs and equipment service dates
• develop and carry out preventive maintenance measures
• handle additional maintenance tasks as needed.
