Registered Nurse (RN)

The Registered Nurse (RN) role is onsite in Lenoir, NC. Pay is $37–$42 per hour, commensurate with experience. The nurse joins the nursing team at Lenoir Health & Rehabilitation Center, providing hands-on care to residents and supporting their independence. The RN delivers individualized care, administers prescribed medications and treatments, monitors residents’ conditions, and coordinates with nursing assistants and other healthcare professionals. Accurate documentation and care planning help maintain continuity and quality of resident care.

What you'll do

• Supervise, coordinate, and direct nursing assistants
• provide individualized nursing care according to residents’ plans of care
• assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
• administer prescribed medications and treatments
• explain procedures and treatments
• monitor vital signs and changes in condition
• maintain medical records and care plans
• observe residents’ emotional stability and prepare them for continuing care after discharge.
