What you'll do

• Provide one-to-one in-home ABA services, with some sessions in the community
• use individualized behavior-analytic techniques created by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
• guide parents or caregivers in implementing behavior-reduction and skills-acquisition plans
• collect daily data to monitor progress and objectives
• communicate with families and supervisors
• complete 40 hours of Registered Behavior Technician training and pass the test within 90 days of hire.
