The Therapist, Substance Use Recovery role is onsite in Raymore, MO. Pay is $36.29–$39.29 per hour. The therapist joins Compass Health Network's Adult Outpatient team, providing care for adults experiencing mental health and substance use challenges. The therapist provides person-centered counseling and coordinated care to help clients improve daily functioning and well-being. The role contributes to integrated treatment through therapy, assessment, care planning, crisis support, and collaboration with internal and external providers.

What you'll do

• Provide individual psychotherapy and support services to adults
• coordinate referrals, waitlists, and client care
• conduct clinical assessments and treatment planning
• provide triage during Open Access hours when needed
• maintain timely documentation
• coordinate wraparound care
• provide daytime crisis intervention per agency protocol
• participate in treatment team meetings and quality assurance
• provide licensure supervision if applicable.

Why this role
