What you'll do

• Design, construct, align, and maintain optical bench setups involving advanced laser sources
• model, analyze, troubleshoot, and refine optical systems
• design and operate optical tweezers
• perform high-precision optical alignment
• use LabVIEW and MATLAB
• conduct data acquisition, signal processing, and statistical analysis
• work with photonics components and optimize signal-to-noise performance.
