What you'll do

• Assist with preparation of immigration relief forms and motions
• collect supporting evidence and research country conditions
• prepare affidavits with clients and witnesses
• assemble hearing exhibit lists and packets
• e-file eligible cases through ECAS
• interpret as needed for hearing preparation
• maintain case-management records
• communicate directly with clients
• schedule hearings and appointments and manage deadlines
• coordinate filing logistics with the Legal Assistant Team.
