The technician implements individualized therapy plans under Board Certified Behavior Analysts’ supervision, supports clients one-on-one, records progress data, and collaborates with clinicians and families. The role contributes to clients’ skill development, behavior goals, and growth.

What you'll do

• Implement individualized ABA therapy plans designed by BCBAs
• provide one-on-one support in home and clinical settings
• collect and record client progress and behavior data
• collaborate with BCBAs on plan adjustments
• support clients and families
• attend team meetings and training
• follow ethical and professional standards.
