Through three assignments, the program develops recent graduates’ technical and leadership capabilities while contributing to IT projects, operational initiatives, process improvements, and technology-enabled business solutions. Participants work with IT teams and business stakeholders to understand needs and support practical solutions.

What you'll do

• Contribute to IT projects, operational initiatives, process improvements, system enhancements, and technology-enabled business solutions.
• Partner with IT teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze information, document processes, and support delivery.
• Support work across IT domains such as business applications, enterprise systems, data and analytics, service delivery, infrastructure, cybersecurity, automation, and collaboration tools.
• Participate in system and software development lifecycle activities, including documentation, testing, deployment, user support, and post-implementation support.
• Assist with troubleshooting, service requests, incident/problem/change activities, and system monitoring.
• Maintain documentation and present findings, recommendations, and project outcomes.
