Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Evening Shift

Provides professional nursing care for residents of all ages in long term care, under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician. Demonstrates knowledge of nursing principles for the resident in the relevant clinical setting. Administers medications or treatments as ordered. Documents resident interactions and outcomes.
